POEM: On a lighter note

Sit back,
Relax ,
And let go.

Stretch your arms,
Let down your hair,
And let go.

Walk with a jump,
Turn on your heels,
Let your bosom grow.

Hold you head high,
Only Bow down to the sun,
Let your pride grow.

Love everything that loves you back,
Resurrect every morning,
Let you feelings flow.

Love everything about you,
Love everything around you,
Let your heart grow.

Find a heart to love,
Burn at love’s altar,
Let the pain be forgotten.

Find peace in pain,
Find forgiveness in crime,
Let the heart not be troubled.

Smile at that stranger,
Hold that door for me,
The world is not planning your murder.
